Tekirda\u011f’da yakla\u015fan Kurban Bayram\u0131 \u00f6ncesinde vatanda\u015flar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenilir g\u0131daya ula\u015fabilmesi amac\u0131yla g\u0131da denetimleri art\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tekirda\u011f \u0130l Tar\u0131m ve Orman M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc koordinesinde, 11 il\u00e7e m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ba\u011fl\u0131 kontrol g\u00f6revlileri taraf\u0131ndan kent genelinde denetim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Ekipler taraf\u0131ndan \u015fark\u00fcteri, kasap, marketlerin kasap reyonlar\u0131 ile ekmek, unlu mamuller, baklava, tatl\u0131 ve \u015fekerli mamul \u00fcretim yerlerinde kontroller ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Ayr\u0131ca g\u0131da sat\u0131\u015f noktalar\u0131 ile toplu t\u00fcketim alanlar\u0131nda da denetimlerin s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirtildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Denetimlerde \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin son t\u00fcketim tarihleri, muhafaza ko\u015fullar\u0131, hijyen \u015fartlar\u0131 ve i\u015fletmelerin mevzuata uygunlu\u011fu kontrol edildi. Kurallara ayk\u0131r\u0131 durum tespit edilen i\u015fletmelere gerekli idari i\u015flemlerin uygulanaca\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tekirda\u011f Tar\u0131m ve Orman \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Mehmet Aksoy yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, Kurban Bayram\u0131 \u00f6ncesinde vatanda\u015flar\u0131n g\u00fcvenilir g\u0131daya ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ncelikleri oldu\u011funu belirterek, “\u0130l ve il\u00e7e m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerimize ba\u011fl\u0131 kontrol g\u00f6revlilerimiz sahada yo\u011fun \u015fekilde g\u00f6rev yapmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle bayram d\u00f6nemlerinde t\u00fcketimi artan \u00fcr\u00fcn gruplar\u0131nda denetimlerimizi s\u0131kla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131k.
